The tech was on time however that was about the only good part of my experience. When the tech started his trouble shooting process it was like he was unsure what to do next. There was no confidence in what he was doing. Maybe when their people get better training an when a return visit is scheduled they didn't show up to to office personnel changing their schedule. The amount charged was way too much for service given. Sorry but I can not give a positive recommendations for this company.

Not only did RJ come and give a free evaluation, he gave free advice. He and his company are the BEST! If there were a higher score they would get it from me. Wonderful to work with, superior in every way.

Update1: I called for a free estimate to get a new garbage disposal installed thinking that the motor burnt out on mine. Clint came by to give the estimate, which turned out to be about $250. Home Depot contractors would have cost $160. Clint then discovered that the motor hadn't burnt out and that the breaker tripped on it. He fixed it in 5 seconds and then charged $150 for a diagnose/fix charge. He saved me some money, but I'm still left with an old garbage disposal. Clint then performed the yearly checkup on the rest of the house because I'm a member. He discovered that my main water line is at 130 PSI and that I have 2 leaking faucets in the master bath. He showed me an estimate to fix everything which wasn't bad. I'm pleased with the checkup, but sorta disappointed by the charge to fix my garbage disposal when he came by to perform a yearly checkup anyways. Oh well... Original: Dispatch politely took my calls very early in the morning and I was able to schedule plumbing services at a time that accommodated my night shift hours. My plumber, Robbie, was very nice and professional. He installed new water lines under all of my sinks and identified an issue with one of my toilets that could have caused major damage if left unfixed. He installed a new toilet for me and all his work looked great! He worked very diligently and ensured that all areas were cleaned up before he left. He also made sure I was getting the best deal through Mr. Rooter which saved me hundreds. I would recommend Robbie to anyone!

The service I received was simply outstanding. The customer service was great and the installation was great as well. What really helped me was timing. My water heater had burst and they responded and had it changed out within 24hours. Also I saved over $1500 by not committing to another company and Mr. Rooter ended up doing more work than was quoted by the other company. The technician was really nice and extremely helpful. On another occasion I had the main drain line broken and clogged with sediment. After it was cleared out,Mr. Rooter came and did the repair but ended up doing even more work than expected. For instance they had to remove several base cabinets and hammer out more concrete which ended up in more costs but it was not significantly higher than the original quote. They finished in a day and half and their work was really well done. Their cost was very justified.

Kyle was very professional and courteous. He quickly identified the problem and selected the most cost-effective solution for my approval. He performed the repair quickly and perfectly. I highly recommend Mr. Rooter.
