Stood me up. My appointment time came and went without so much as a courtesy call, notification, or offer to reschedule. Nobody answered the call-back number either. I took off of work for this...will recommend friends and neighbors avoid.

Pope's estimate came in at a quarter of some other estimates from nearby places, which made me slightly apprehensive- but my call was returned quickly, very polite and personable. Showed up on time, worked quickly and neatly, and showed me what had caused the problem. Even went back to the office to get the correct part - and billed me his original estimate. Very pleased, will be keeping this number on my fridge.
