This is the first 5 star review I've given for a business that didn't do the work BUT they were fantastic. I needed help after another company botched a job leaving us worse off than before the "repairs". I called Always hoping they could do same day work. Unfortunately they couldn't squeeze me in BUT they were able to refer me to another company that could. It is so refreshing and rare to work with a company that wants to see the problem solved even if they aren't the ones to do it. A HUGE thank you to Always Plumbing and the excellent customer service.

I called Ed in an emergency when our pipes froze and I had no idea what to do. Not only did get get over to our house right away but also talked me through what to do over the phone. He was quick, honest and affordable. I highly recommend Always!

We asked Ed to install new plumbing into a new kitchenette sink from the bathroom on the other side of the wall. Naturally, this proved to be more complicated and difficult than it appeared, but Ed proved resourceful and experienced, and overcame the many obstacles that existed. He worked tirelessly to finish the job, cleaning up thoroughly after doing a fabulous job. Very impressed and very grateful--highly recommend!

Ed, from Always Plumbing & Heating, just finished a service call at our house. He correctly diagnosed what the likely cause of each of my two issues was and gave me a quote of what it would cost to fix. In my case, a poorly installed garbage disposal with an ill-fitted gasket, and a burst pipe between the back faucet and the waterline in the basement. Spot on evaluation, excellent work, and he rightly called out how much time it would likely take before he started. He even let me watch a great deal of his work - hopefully I wasn't a bother - which was very educational. His years of experience and expertise were never in doubt. Despite the cost and hassle of needing plumbing repair, it was a pleasure doing business with Ed and Always Plumbing & Heating. Thank you!
