Juan Medellin was truly a professional. He came over and installed our Aprilaire system, and ensured everything was good to go. He was very informative, and went above and beyond by replacing our humidifier filter, checked the vents, and gave us tips for the different seasons. We would highly recommend this business, and more importantly, this technician/installer. He walked us through the APP, and we were very pleased with his customer service and knowledge. If I had cash on me I would’ve tipped him generously! Thank you! We really appreciate your service.

I originally was going to get 3 bids and make a choice. My first contact was with Jeremiah at Mitchell heating and I was so impressed with his knowledge and the bid for a HVAC with whole house humidifier that I went with Mitchell Heating and did not bother with other bids. Alex their installer was friendly punctual and installed the system to my satisfaction. Bottom line is Mitchell Heating are professional, friendly and knowledgeable and a great value when it comes to your heating and cooling needs. Mitchell Heating responded quickly to my need for service and sent Matt out to look at my heating system. Matt was a young professional who quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and instructed me about regular maintenance on my furnace and humidifier.
