I had Arctica come by to service my furnace and fireplace. They were able to give me an appointment within the week I called and showed up when they said they would, offering a curtesy call when they were on their way. Daryl inspected and cleaned the furnace and fireplace and left everything clean and tidy - literally nothing to clean up after he was done which was great. After dealing with a couple other HVAC companies in town Arctica was by far the best to deal with. Highly recommended.

Had these guys over to my place for a quote, said he'd get back to me, never heard from him again. Guess my job was too small. He didn't know we had 3 commercial properties nearby that would've brought them a lot of work.
