Ben's Plumbing and Heating

Our furnace died , made the decision to install a new one. Ben's was the only company that would travel 40 mins outside of town to do it. 2 days and voila a new furnace. We even had the furnace moved to a different location. They did a great job. Would recommend them to anyone!! Keep up the good work guys.

Run Run as fast as you can, if you want the job done right, it won't be with Ben. Edit: I promised Ben I would update and revise my review after the project was completed. They did eventually get the job done, but it took several trips and they did not have the knowledge of the zone systems that I requested which caused 0 to be accomplished on multiple trips. As they did complete the job, I will update from 1 star to 2.

After 4 days with no hot water and with no response from Reliance, one call to switch hot water tank rental to NB Hydro and they had the guys from Ben's Plumbing and Heating here next day. They removed the old heater and installed the new one. Quick. Polite and they actually called and showed up. Did a great job. Good guys and took a load off our minds.

Gave company a call, got Ben to come on over. Had great ideas, team was extremely efficient and professional. All and all a pleasant experience. Would highly recommend.

Back when Ben had opened I called him and he came promptly to my house where the faucets for my washer started leaking everywhere. He showed up fixed in not time flat and charged a very reasonable rate. Very impressed with his professionalism and quick service.
