I highly recommend Eric and 3rd Gen Plumbing and Heating. I contacted 3rd Gen to get a quote to move my laundry lines. Eric contacted me within an hour and was at my home the next day to see what I wanted done. I got his quote later that day. It was reasonable and the costs were broken down for us. I had Eric move the lines, and the cost was actually a little below what he quoted. Eric is very personable and thorough. I would definitely call him again to have any plumbing done.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I had an emergency with water coming into the basement through the ceiling. I called five different companies just hoping someone could come. Not only was Eric the only one to call me back, but he came the same day. I thought I was looking at a huge indoor plumbing job, but he went through the entire piping system methodically and found the source outside. He didn't just blindly hammer through the damaged area in the basement ceiling leaving me with a mess. I can't say enough good things about Eric - courteous, clean, and very bright. Will only call Eric in future!! Thanks again, Eric!

We contacted a few plumbers to inquire about having a camera have put down our sewage drain and have it cleaned out if necessary. Some didn't respond and those who did, didn't have a camera available. 3RD Generation came with their camera and all the necessary equipment. They responded quickly and got to work right away. Eric was thorough and informative, and explained everything we saw on the camera. I especially appreciate that he didn't suggest unnecessary services and his prices are competitive.

Highly recommend 3rdGen . Eric was amazing helping us sort out with a drainage issue at 8:00pm. Called 3rdGen and Eric was on site shortly after. On our initial call he clearly explained his approach and what would be involved which was a huge help. Once on site, he kept us updated on what he was seeing and what his action plan was. Gave us great confidence. Very impressed.

Eric Pilon was incredibly responsive even during the holiday. I am talking 10 minutes and he was here to rescue us from our basement starting to flood. The professional tools and knowledge he shared made the experience enjoyable. He was very friendly and I would reccomend his services above all.
