Timothy Pratt review about company Christian Plumbing & Tile, Inc.

Extremely rude! I called on a Sunday after a water valve leading into my home broke and started leaking and I had to shut the water off to the whole house. The "gentleman" who answered immediately told me that it was Sunday (yeah, I know that), and kept telling me that whatever I needed was going to cost double (as I expected). After reiterating that whatever I needed was going to cost me and asking me "how bad do I need it", I explained to him what I needed done and asked him for a rough quote or ballpark on what it would cost to get it done that day versus waiting until Monday. His reply was "You want a quote?! You want a quote on a Sunday?!". His incensed reply was the last thing I heard from him before he simply hung up on me. That was about the most unprofessional exchange I've ever had over the phone. My tip to Christian Plumbing is this, if you start off a phone call with a customer by telling them that whatever they want is going to cost them (which is understandable), don't be surprised if they at least want a general idea on what the cost might normally be so they can make a cost/benefit decision about having it done that day or waiting one more. Certainly don't treat them like they just stomped on a kitten and then hang up on them.
