I have had two services provided by the United Air Temp recently; both are very satisfactory. First of all, my call to the company went smoothly. There was no endless waiting or transfer. I was able to get a service appointment right away. Second, the technician that came over was very professional and capable. His name is Andrew (sorry that I did not have his last name). He made a thorough examination of our heating system and removed our concerns. In addition, he noticed that our electrical system and the water heater also need repair and improvement. He immediately contacted his branch manager and set up another appointment, which leads to my final complementary--the branch manager came and fixed our electrical problem. The branch manager also offered me a quote for future improvement. I am very pleased with the services provided.
