United Air Temp

I have had two services provided by the United Air Temp recently; both are very satisfactory. First of all, my call to the company went smoothly. There was no endless waiting or transfer. I was able to get a service appointment right away. Second, the technician that came over was very professional and capable. His name is Andrew (sorry that I did not have his last name). He made a thorough examination of our heating system and removed our concerns. In addition, he noticed that our electrical system and the water heater also need repair and improvement. He immediately contacted his branch manager and set up another appointment, which leads to my final complementary--the branch manager came and fixed our electrical problem. The branch manager also offered me a quote for future improvement. I am very pleased with the services provided. These technician and manager have made the United Air Temp's highly-rated reputation true to its name. Many thanks.

The service was five star from start to finish. Robin called me to get me on the books the day after submitting the request with my home warranty company. One the day of service Robin called to see if the Tech could come earlier than the scheduled time and I agreed to 30 minutes earlier. Technician Lukas was on time and very professional. Since my unit is in the attic which is unfinished Lukas was worried about being careful and not falling through my ceiling. Lukas was very patient and helpful as I modified the area leading to the unit to make it more accessible. Once that was done Lukas wasted no time getting to the root of the problem. In the past year I have had to have several companies and techs come out for the same problem with the Air conditioning part of the unit so I prayed that I would not have to go though the same ordeal with the Heating. Lukas found the problem and ordered the part. Just three days after the diagnosis Lukas returned, installed the new part, confirmed that the unit was heating and showed me the old part in less than 30 minutes. NOW that is called EXCELLENT service. Robin, Lukas and or manager/owner I hope that you display this type of professionalism with every consumer that you come in contact with because it truly makes a difference.

I was notified by phone when it was time for my air conditioning system to be serviced for maintenance. Once I scheduled the appointment, the technician Erik called me 30 minutes before his arrival. When Erik arrived he greeted me in his uniform and placed shoe covers on his shoes and I showed him to the units. Erik evaluated the system inside and outside he check the system for refrigerant and one system was avpound low do he added it then he proceeded to clean the system out side by taking the fans out and cleaning inside and outside he unclogged the outside drain pipes. He also gave me pointers on keeping the inside system cleaned. He also educated me on washable filters and Ultraviolet light to keep mold out of inside system. Erik was very professional and detailed. He did a great job! I'm very pleased with the company.

Juan and Gary came to my home from United Air Temp this week. I can't say enough of these two individuals. They were always on time and stayed well after dark to get the job done. They were extremely thorough and did not want to leave the job into it was done right. On top of that they gave me their cell number, so that we could be in constant communication throughout the job. United Air Temp is very fortunate to have employees like Juan and Gary. They are hard to come by, these days. I would highly, highly recommend United Air Temp! Great job! Richard

The United Air Temp technician was on time and he performed a thorough inspection of the HVAC system. He found an issue with the blower motor and he explained what he found and how he was going to resolve the problem. He cleaned the system and overall did an outstanding job. United Air Temp provided a great service at a very good price. Great Value. I will definitely call them again and I would recommend them to others.
