Just wanted to say thank you to Abdul and Jose for the great work they did installing our new AC unit! They were very professional, friendly, and attentive to details! My husband and I have used McCarthy’s in the past for AC services and continue to be impressed with their expertise and reasonable prices. I would definitely recommend them!
The serviceman arrived promptly but provided mediocre service. Unlike the past year's serviceman, he did not use basic testing equipment to check on the efficiency of the cooling unit. He did not even ask us to turn it on for a check. Instead, he was aggressively selling the McCarthy Home Service Plan. He would not stop selling it, despite our numerous attempts to advise him that we were not interested in the plan. We'll not use this company for the next check of the system.
Wow I LOVE these guys very promt professional I have cool air again
Even though they advertise 24/7 service it wasn’t available when I called with a clogged tub and a leaking ceiling. I was asked if I wanted to be called in the morning and I declined, only to be called at 7 am and still not even being able to schedule a service window because I rent, even though I have full rights for service calls in my rental agreement. Wasted my time 3 fold in 6 hours, impressive.
