Anthony Graham review about company United Air Temp

I was notified by phone when it was time for my air conditioning system to be serviced for maintenance. Once I scheduled the appointment, the technician Erik called me 30 minutes before his arrival. When Erik arrived he greeted me in his uniform and placed shoe covers on his shoes and I showed him to the units. Erik evaluated the system inside and outside he check the system for refrigerant and one system was avpound low do he added it then he proceeded to clean the system out side by taking the fans out and cleaning inside and outside he unclogged the outside drain pipes. He also gave me pointers on keeping the inside system cleaned. He also educated me on washable filters and Ultraviolet light to keep mold out of inside system. Erik was very professional and detailed. He did a great job! I'm very pleased with the company.
