Sandra W review about company United Air Temp

The service was five star from start to finish. Robin called me to get me on the books the day after submitting the request with my home warranty company. One the day of service Robin called to see if the Tech could come earlier than the scheduled time and I agreed to 30 minutes earlier. Technician Lukas was on time and very professional. Since my unit is in the attic which is unfinished Lukas was worried about being careful and not falling through my ceiling. Lukas was very patient and helpful as I modified the area leading to the unit to make it more accessible. Once that was done Lukas wasted no time getting to the root of the problem. In the past year I have had to have several companies and techs come out for the same problem with the Air conditioning part of the unit so I prayed that I would not have to go though the same ordeal with the Heating. Lukas found the problem and ordered the part. Just three days after the diagnosis Lukas returned, installed the new part, confirmed that the unit was heating and showed me the old part in less than 30 minutes. NOW that is called EXCELLENT service. Robin, Lukas and or manager/owner I hope that you display this type of professionalism with every consumer that you come in contact with because it truly makes a difference.
