David came out and was on time, professional, polite, funny, and extremely informative. He taught us things we never knew about our AC and was patient answering all of our new homeowner AC questions. I would rate higher than 5 stars if I could! I would recommend over and over!!

I recently had a sudden issue with my 2 yr old AC and gave And Services a call to see when they could come out. A nice woman on the phone said they could get someone out to my home in 2-3 hours despite the fact it was 6:30pm on a Friday evening. 5 minutes later I got a call from one of their technicians, Robert, who was literally at my house 5 minutes after that. Think about that...that's literally 10 minutes from the time I first called them. Impressive! Robert was extremely knowledgeable, personable, and courteous. He was even kind enough to explain everything he was working on and why it needed to be done so a new home owner like myself could learn a little bit about my AC system. I very much appreciated that. My AC was back in business 30 minutes later. Looking forward to seeing Robert again in 6 months for one of the two maintenance checkups their membership plan provides.

Had a wonderful experience with And Services! They communicate what is going on very well and have the most polite staff! Keith is the best tech out there! He came out to check out my house and when my parents house had an issue I just had to request him again!

Keith Bowman was sent to our house for a service call. He was very nice, professional, and went above and beyond with his service and information. If anyone is needing service I recommend requesting him as he was respectful, nice, honest and friendly/patient with our 4 kids running around!

Robert helped us on a Sunday in the middle of summer. It was an emergency call and he got out to our house within an hour! Great customer service and very knowledgeable. Fixed our a/c unit in less than 30 minutes. Amazing experience and I recommend them 10 out of 10 times.
