I am so impressed with Eric and Best Home Services! He was efficient, kind, patient and knowledgeable. They were easy to get to come out for a free estimate, and quick to schedule an entire electric panel exchange which was super helpful since we are on a time crunch to close on our house. This was a huge job as we had a recalled, Challenger electric panel and it needed to be entirely replaced, including the ground system outside. Eric was on time, professional and accommodating. He explained everything we needed and why. Prices were competitive and I can not say enough kind things about Eric! We also got an emailed report with pictures for documentation. I am beyond impressed! Thank you so much for making this process seamless!

Service man was very competent. Checked circuitry within minutes and correctly diagnosed problem. Provided a proposed estimate and got repair part out of truck.
