I work for a Realestate investment company and our first choice is always Pro plumbing. Any worked needed after we sell a home our home owners always have good feed back regarding pro plumbing. Our tenants are always happy with Pro plumbing. Pro plumbing handles a lot of our big projects also. They can handle it all from big to small. Pro plumbing professionalism makes our company look extremely professional. Prices are very fair.
This place is fantastic. I was replacing a bathroom vanity in a house built in 1915. (my house) I needed some oddball parts because nothing in my house is standard sized. I went to 3 Home Depots before I found this place. I walked in, told the guy behind the counter my problem, and he knew immediately what I needed. He sold me the $0.50 part I needed, and I will be going here first for anything plumbing related from now on.
I have used this company for a very long time. They are prompt in serving what ever the need is to get the job done. I highly recommend them and will continue to call for their assistance.
The price for re-piping seemed to be good, however it took them literally 2 months to finish the rushed job. Every time you call there would be a lame excuse. First two weeks after they dug a trench in my front lawn it was rain, then all plumbers were sick (lady on the phone later admitted they got some commercial project and moved all plumbers to Orlando because they couldn't care less) then they had to finish someone else's job who was waiting for over a month according to them. The plumbers would come when they felt like it without even calling first. I had to be leaving the back door unlocked while at work during that time. About a month after the trench got dug up they opened up some walls which led to a rat sneaking in inside the kitchen. About a month later they got it together and "finished". However hot and cold lines were switched. It took them an extra week and a few visits to get it fixed because out of five people we dealt with only one seemed to be a real plumber and the other ones were perhaps some underpaid apprentices. City inspection is finally passed, however these professionals cut the water supply to the mother in law suite stating it was not included in the job and that house needed to be re piped as well. Luckily, we hired another company. The mother in law suite was already cpvc and the only two galvanized pipes left were the one they disconnected and garden hose one. I was shocked. Never again. Stay away if you value you time and want to be treated with respect.
Plumbers were already out of service window when I first called in because they were late. Then an hour later I call again and they said they got into accident after I called first time. I SPECIFICALLY called in about the water line to the ice maker in fridge having no pressure. I also mention that there is little pressure in toilet refill. They then charge $89 for service, and the only work they did was replace valves in two toilets (that they told me they replaced the first one and then tell me that I had to pay $155 for that. Despite my chief and only complaint when I called dispatch being that the ice maker not getting enough water pressure, they told me when they confirmed that it was in fact not getting enough pressure due to a previous home owner having done a smaller line from sink, they refused to do it today. They want to charge $45 for a second visit+ repair fee to install a new line.
