We needed our bathroom fan/light combo replaced. I had been to Home Depot and found the replacement, but it would be too difficult for me to replace. My parents decided to have a handyman do it. The first day, the handyman came and looked at the unit. He then went to Home Depot and brought back a smaller unit. It obviously wouldn't fit. To replace with the same size unit, the old would have to be removed. Instead, he decided just to replace the motor. On Amazon for $80 or $250 with installation. He charged my parents over $600. Not cool
Used them a couple of weeks ago and very pleased with the work that they did for us. They patched three dry-wall holes, fixed a sagging sink and a door that needed a new hinge. All of the work was done professionally, in an efficient way and they are great cleaning up when finished.
