I had a faily complex plumbing problem that needed to be solved promptly. Luigi Crisa Plumbing was the answer to my problems. The situation called for sonar equipment (which he has) and an engineering skill set. Not only did he get the job done, he was efficient and swift so that our family could shower. Look no further for professionalism and skill. We also enjoy his passionate Italian spirit. His warmth and understanding of our family’s needs was very enduring. He works clean, and is very presentable. He also appreciated the espresso I made him. He simply is the best.

Bottom line: I highly recommend Luigi Crisa Plumbing and will only use his services. Now the story. Had a problem at 5:30pm and thought because it was after hours that he would not be available or if he was available that it would be very expensive. I was completely wrong. He was on his way home and said it was no problem to come to my home. He arrived within minutes of his promised arrival time. He fixed the problem quickly and told me how it would reoccur again and how I could avoid the problem. I didn’t feel like he was trying to sell me anything. I felt like he was informing me so I could understand why the problem happened and how I could avoid it in the future. He said my pipes under the house were put on incorrect. Guess what? He was right. After he left, I checked the pipes. He said there was a place that catches paper etc and prone to clogging. I easily found it, google it, and confirmed his assessment. His rates were very reasonable. I felt like I should have paid him more since my reduced stress and worry is worth alot! He had professional behavior, super clean, honest, and as bonus he was really nice! This was my third experience with his company and I can honestly say that all three experiences resulted in happiness from his excellent services.

We have used Luigi Crisa Plumbing several times over the last 5 years for commercial and residence projects. Last week we had a leak in the bathroom at work. Luigi treated it as an emergency. He came right away and stayed late until it was fixed. Luigi is a great communicator and is by far the best plumber we have used.
