I had my upstairs neighbor flood my ceiling. This dripped through to the floor and caused around $18,000 dollars in damage. CFM was quick, knowledgeable, and professional. They worked with my insurance and always gave me an honest take on what the damages were. They even put a dent in my TV stand during the repairs and purchased a complete new stand free of charge. They were upfront about it and I could not have appreciated the honesty more. Caleb and Nathan were tremendously good guys.

Emergency services staff responded very quickly to our flood situation. They were efficient & professional. Treating us with consideration, they explained each step needed to mitigate the damage & begin recovery. The "pack out" crew responded promptly to remove furniture & personal items quickly to facilitate the recovery effort.
