This company is awesome. They installed our AC 2 years ago and it went very well. Since then we’ve had to call them out for minor fixes to the system. The company responds quickly, and sends service members out who solve problems fast. Their warranty coverage is amazing. I was traveling on business and out of State when my tenant called to let me know that the A/C was not working. This was on the first evening of a heatwave. I was on the phone the next day and everyone I called was booked for a couple of days....I called Thompson and explained my situation and they had an opening the following day...they contacted my tenant, and due to the location of my property they were actually able to get their technician out the same day....they were able to replace the defective part and I had a very happy tenant!!! Excellent service.

Thompson was quick to respond to my broke. Air conditioner. I have a newborn at home, so getting my AC unit up and running fast was a huge priority. They were able to fix it on the spot. I do recommend their services!

Great Experience! Same day service. The technician arrived early, quickly diagnosed the problem, didn’t happen to have the part I needed on his truck but quickly sourced it, went & picked it up & came back to install. Checked every aspect of the system for any other problems or issues, service was fast and efficient and very fair priced. Would highly recommend!
