Unbelievably prompt and professional, especially as it was an out of hours call. They came when they said they’d come, did a thorough investigation under difficult circumstances, mostly freshly applied paint! Made recommendations on how best to proceed which I’m in the process of doing and then they’ll be back to complete the job. Absolutely no doubt so far 5* service Just to update: after a very thorough inspection of where the possible leak might be, they suggested I have professionals lift the carpet as it was newly laid. This was done and the communication with Paddy and Michael was excellent. They showed up earlier than promised, very little hassle as they cleared the area with care and then fixed the problem in excellent time. They are both a joy to work with and I’d highly recommend, they’ll be my go to plumbers in future and a very fair price too. Thanks to you both

I had an emergency today (Easter Monday) and paddy was around in the apartment in less than an hour. The price I thought was reasonable for a bank holiday. Paddy was very pleasant and had my toilet fixed within twenty minutes. I would definitely recommend the company and will use them again if I ever have another plumbing problem.
