I just want to say it was a pleasure to deal with this Company. From calling out same day for a quote to having my boiler replaced and installed in less than two days. Ciaran the installer was a gentleman. He was so professional and helpful in his work. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
Had only hot water coming from the shower. These guys replied within minutes, showed up the same day and fixed the problem within 20 min for a price nearly half that of all other quotes I got. Highly recommended!
Very competent established company specialising in gas boilers and heat pumps. I spoke with the business owner who was very informative.
Spoke on the phone twice and they refused to put contact me to a plumber. I also asked about buying a pump and was told that they don't stock pumps. Even though my current pump is from there. Poor customer service. I suspect it is due to the secretary not understanding the business and that my experience doesn't reflect the business itself. I still had a bad experience hence the 2 stars.
Had a leak rang ACR were very efficient and helpful they got the leak sorted extremely reliable and friendly staff would highly recommend them
