Lloyd is one of the best tradesmen you will have the pleasure to encounter. He is very detailed and always looking for the best option. I've needed him to replace a pump in an awkward spot and install a replacement boiler after the board blew on the old one. This also required some brickwork because the old boiler was not installed securely on the kitchen wall, it was all completed same day, no mucking around.

Lloyd is a great tradesman but also a true craftsman with super problem solving skills. The best plumber/ heating engineer I have come across. explained everything well and good natured . Excellent value too. Can't see him ever being short of work

Extremely Professional Service, conducted by very experienced and knowledgeable Team - Highly Recommend. I have an older Central Heating System - mixed with 1.25" Gun Barrel and Copper (15 Sectional Cast Iron Radiators). Due to the Gun Barrel Pipe age it is not advisable to use the normal High Pressure Power Flush Machine, as its too powerful and will leave the system with holes everywhere afterwards. I had all Plumbers in the area come assess and provide their various solutions. Nobody was anywhere as knowledgeable as Lloyd an his Team. I had taken a long time to assess the effectiveness of the Magnetic Flush vs Traditional Power-flush Machine and many of the other Plumbers who had visited onsite suggested it didn't work - but when put on the spot to substantiate that conclusion, they simply could not and invariably admitted they said this because they didn't have the equipment to do the job that way. The Magnetic Flush took approximately 9 hours (due to the size of the system I have, which is more like a commercial system than a regular house system). All cold spots in radiators were completely cleared and radiators which had been nearly completely blocked are now operating perfectly, providing full heat across the radiator panels (left to right and top to bottom) for the first time in years. About c.10Kg of Sludge was removed from the System and at the end a permanent Magnetic Filter was added to the central heating system to ensure ongoing protection. Its hard to find someone who is Professional and Honest - a Referral these days is the best way to say thank you for a good job done. I highly recommend LLoyd and his Team at The Gas Doctor. From my experience they will go the extra mile and take the time to go through what they are doing so you can fully understand and follow along as they go through the process.
