The entire Proactive team is professional, efficient, courteous, and took care of our problem in a hurry. They showed up on time, worked quickly to solve the problem, and came back the next day to scope the line and show us their work before we paid. Their price was literally half of Roto Rooter's for the same job and they didn't charge us extra to remove the 55ft of auger RR got stuck in our sewer line.
