We have had issues with our AC for over 2 years. After the AC wouldn't turn on, I was referred to Applewood by a co-worker. Alex Smith was our tech. He was thorough and honest. He went the extra mile in his service today. He took the time to check out what problems previous companies said we had with our AC just to disprove them. Alex took videos and pictures of these things to send and show me. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions. He had a great attitude! It ended up being an easier fix and NOTHING related to what other companies said the problem was. Thank you Alex for doing your job and then some! I will definitely be a repeat customer!
