Prompt, courteous service. Dakota was great....I had a relatively uncomplicated toilet repair but he explained everything to me and was very professional. Would highly recommend 5 Star and will use them again if I need plumbing repairs.

The irony of leaving a one star in this review is almost funny. Unfortunately, I had a interaction today with one of their plumbers name Mike. He was completely unprofessional,Completely offensive, damaged my bathroom ceiling by Not listening to instruction on how to open a simple panel, Etc. He Did Not (even after request) put a dropcloth down to protect tile, tub etc. he wasn’t in the home for more than five minutes and caused more damage then original problem. I can’t imagine he’s the owner of this company, but if so, you have horrible business practice 5 Star Plumbing. I Cannot stress how unprofessional this man was. It was very unfortunate to add him to such a stressful situation. I do not recommend him to anyone. Please feel free to contact me,if there’s a solution 5 Star Plumbing .
