On Wednesday, May 22, I called to setup an appointment with Horizon Services. I selected Horizon based on its online reviews. Unfortunately, these days, online reviews can be misleading. I live in an older house, so I've paid a number of highly rated "professionals" for their services. This is NOT the case with Horizon Services. I'll try to keep this review as short as possible, as I have so many great things to say about this team! For starters, the gentlemen arrived about 5 minutes early, which gave them enough time to prepare everything needed for the appointment. Needless to say, the team knocked on my door at exactly 8am. The team advised me on what their process looks like, and any potential costs associated with repairing or replacing equipment. They were very thorough without being overly complicated, which I appreciated. The job was finished in less time than expected. Sure, it wasn’t easy handing over $300 for a repair. However, compared to other “professional” service providers I’ve seen in recent years, Horizon was worth every penny. I would strongly urge whoever’s reading this to schedule your next service with Horizon. You will NOT be disappointed!!

Keith was in communication before his arrival. As always, all techs have clean uniforms, shoe covers - very professional. Keith even asked me - "I will be going in and out a few times - would you like me to knock or just come and go as needed?" NICE! He spent some time after service to go over our system, its age, maintenance options, etc. NO PRESSURE - just giving me information. Now I have some items on MY radar for future decisonmaking! Great work Horizon! Your crew is exceptional!
Ben and Jonathan did a Spring maintenance check on my A/C. Everything was okay. They were quick and efficient. Asked if I had other plumbing issues and if my garage door was working properly.
