The plumber Gustavo Escamilla is very nice, professional, hard working, personable, and good with communicating about the homeowners plumbing issue. I rate him 5 star. My review is slightly less than 5 star overall because I believe that I was being up-sold to do work on my old house plumbing by them looking for issues under the house as well as scare tactics about what could happen when the road if I don't take care of an issue now. I had to be in my toes to ask questions to help me prioritize what was truly urgent.

After making my initial call, the service was promptly scheduled for same morning. The team members were stuck in traffic and I received an update immediately from dispatch so I was not left wondering where they were. When they came they were super friendly and made me feel comfortable with the plumbing assessment. Highly recommended as a great plumbing repair company.

When I called Mike Counsil they were thorough from the start. They sent someone out same day to fix my "clogged" drain that ended up as a clogged main line issue. SHANE was excellent and explained every detail he uncovered, looked for options to solve it and then set off to try the fix. All while explaining the costs so I knew what to expect. SHANE went about his work in an extremely calm manner, so much so that he calmed me down (and my dogs liked him :) Thanks SHANE.
