Great service, prompt response! SPS Plumbers returned may calls when other companies could careless and ignored my calls. Shawna kept in touch with me to ensure my project gets added on their busy schedule. Steve saved my brand new AO Smith water heater and he explained to my contractor why my water heater was not making hot water. He quickly solved the problem. He's an amazing and talented plumber. For sure, I will use this company again and will refer to friends and family.
Great service. Get things done. I have a tankless water heater that doesn’t have any hot water coming out. I contacted 3 different plumber services before SPS. The 1st one spent one hour investigation without finding the problem, he refused to call water heater tech support center which supposed to help debug efficiently. Then, I called the 2nd plumber and told them my water heater type, they said they fix all types. The next day when the technician showed up, he told me he couldn’t fix my water heater because of the brand and type and charged me $40 for “investigation” (shame on them). I contacted the 3rd technician, he said I have to install a brand new one with a quota $1500. Finally I contacted SPS, Steven showed up on time, called the water heater tech support center for debug, found the problem and helped me ordered the parts broken from the manufactory. The part is free free since it’s under warranty. I strongly recommend SPS. Great service. Get things done.

Steven was really good and really helped us out by replacing our water heater that wasn’t working. He got guys to work over the weekend and worked us into their busy schedule so that we had hot water. It was a complicated AO Smith water heater replacement and these guys did a great job. I would highly recommend them
