As part of selling our house we agreed to abandon our septic tank and connect to the city. I got three quotes and while Giant Plumbing wasn't the cheapest I felt like they were the most competent. Sure glad I did! While pulling permits Don let me know there were some old permits still open from the previous home owners which could have slowed the current permit for the septic abandonment. I was completely clueless on what to do but Don help me out and let me know exactly what to do to close out the permits. His crew was on time day 1 and they were very respectful and took extra care to protect our landscaping. On inspection day Don was personally there to walk with the inspector (the owner walking with inspector? Is that typical?). There were a few items the inspector pinged us on from the previous owners but Don has his team fix the items on the spot. He made a stressful situation as painless as possible and we sure appreciate it!

I had 2 other plumbers attempt to repair my septic tank that was clogged up. Both of the of the companies tried to sell me on digging up my tank to replace it.. To make a long story short I ended up calling Giant Plumbing and after 2 weeks of dealing with this problem they were able to flush out our leach lines and treated our tanks to get it running again.. Thank goodness! I did have to wait 2 days due to they were booked up.
