I purchased faucets from Lowes and contracted Perez to do install. When they called to schedule the lady Melissa was so rude I called the company that chooses your installer and demanded a different installer or I was going to get the install refunded and find my own installer. They gave me another installer. This company sucks do not use.

They were hired by Lowe’s to put my faucet sink , not only did the technician messed up our sink , he also tried to get me to get it fixed by him outside of his company . This company is a joke , if I would of known Lowe’s were gonna hire them for this task I would of not gone through them at all .. save yourselves the headache and don’t hire this company .

The WORST experience I have ever had with installers. The guy (Wyatt) was rude from the start, angry at his own company for not providing the materials he needed, and refused to install my gas range. I am disabled in a wheelchair. I am sitting here with two stoves in my kitchen, blocking access to the sink and the silverware. No communication whatsoever as to what the company is going to do. I cannot believe COSTCO allows them to install appliances. If I could give them a -0-, I would. The one item that was installed, he left the trash on the kitchen floor, left the instruction manual in the SINK, and did not give me a copy of anything I signed. I intend to file a formal complaint with COSTCO and others. Stay away from these people. You would be better to pick up and install your own appliances!

Late for service. Contractors smelled like cigarette smoke. Pricing seemed high for service rendered. Actual job was satisfactory though.

Bought a water heater from Lowe's and they arrived the same day to install. Very courteous. No issues.
