The tech sent to us (Rick Sanders) knows his stuff. Very professional and down to business. Very pleased with his work. Everything is working fine. It's hard to find good people that work on gas fireplaces. I plan on using Bremac as my "go to" service people. Keep up the good work!

The friendliest experience with the woman that scheduled my appointments, she followed up and streamlined my visits because I had two separate issues, the technician was friendly, informative and polite beyond belief. There was good news and bad he had to deliver about my broken air conditioning but he offered suggestions and their continued service if I so desire. He made the bad news seem good. I'm definitely using them again.
