Rob came highly recommended to by a family member who had recently worked with him. He kindly agreed to come out to take a look at a property I am purchasing and evaluate the level of repairs needed to the plumbing under the bathroom, as well as give an estimate on the replacement of an alcove bathtub. Rob was very responsive to my communication requests and always got back to me within a few hours. When he met me out at the property, he was on-time and very friendly and respectful. He evaluated the situation inside as well as from the crawlspace, and even made me aware of some other things he noticed while he was there. I find him to be very knowledgable and experienced, but also trustworthy and moral which can be hard to find these days. He additionally quoted me a couple hundred dollars less than other contractors/plumbers, which is always a plus!
