Reuben was great! He did a very accurate assessment of why our sink was clogged and just charged us for an hour of labor that was it. He fixed it in less than 10 minutes and didn’t make a mess fixing it. Very friendly and professional experience!

Chris was the plumber that came out to fix our mainline blockage. He explained the history behind our pipes, because he had jetted them for the previous owner. He was very professional, helpful, and showed me how to keep the house from flooding in the future. Well done, Chris!

I should have read the reviews, they where 30 minutes late, wanted to charge a fortune, I rented a machine from good old Home Depot no sweat, you live and you learn, as old as I am my brain should be full by now. I would have gave them no stars, but they would not let me read the reviews, find a owner operator

VERY BAD...ITS A RIP OFF...4times over price. They gave me an estimate of $850 for a burst pipe in my crawl space under my house and they said it will take them 20min to fix it. I called another plumber company (Kelleher Plumbing) and they came and replace the pipe within 1.5 hours for only $190 total for materials and labor. I would not recommend Royo-Rooter at all, stay away from this company, they even showed up much later than the 2hours timeframe that they had promised, wasted my time and the technician wasn't very nice either. I will never do business with them again.

Terrible, wont fix your problem, and will take a lot your money!!! I can't even express how incompetent and inconsiderate these shysters are. $600 and three trips to "not fix" a leaky toilet while offering no reimbursement after I fixed the problem myself via a licensed Master Plumber who is a friend of a friend. Additionally, Roto Rooter caulked all the way around the toilet on their 2nd visit and apparently cracked the new flange upon installation, the toilet leaked for a week and now there is water damage to the sub-flooring, not to mention the cracked tile from sloppy work. Then they came a third time to no avail. Joe, their service manager / preacher has been completely dismissive each time I've spoken with him although he was eager change the subject talk about Jesus Christ for some reason (seriously). I have pictures of me and my new Plumber fixing the problem, close up pictures clearly showing the faulty work, the broken parts, my new plumber's license number, and his root cause analysis. But this isn't enough, they're not offering Jack squat. So I guess they want to do things the hard way since they ruined my tile and subflooring. Thanks for less than nothing Roto-Rooter, you suck
