Excellent service, 5 stars all the way. PP was the only plumber willing to come out to our job in under a month. PP came out next day. Tommy was professional, quickly diagnosed our problem, and gave an honest (and in my opinion very reasonable) estimate. Really happy and won't bother calling anyone else. Update: used them again yesterday, still satisfied. Justin was incredibly helpful and broke down my issues for me and did so clearly. Very patient as we worked out various options for solving it. He eventually found an easy (and inexpensive) fix just by spending extra time playing with it. These guys seem really honest. Find me another reliable plumber with service calls under $30.

We've had a few jobs done by Plumb Perfect and every time they respond quickly, professionally, and have the right equipment when they respond. This last time, we had a holding tank pump go out after not quite 3 years but it was past the warranty time of 2 years but they didn't charge me a dime even though they had every right to, at least for the labor. The technician, Shane was extremely professional and timely and just an all around great guy. We will continue to use Plumb Perfect and hope they are very successful.

I have been using Plumb Perfect since we moved here 2 years ago. They are very professional and always responsive to my needs. Scott at Plumb Perfect is a great plumber. My kids say he's like family! I would highly recommend this company and Scott for any plumbing needs.

Great communication, from emails & texts, to a call letting me know the estimated arrival time. Justin explained everything as we went through the inspection and gave me my options. Would highly recommend for for any type of plumbing needs.
