I text a Realtor friend, Lori Gomez, and asked her who she recommends. Robert, the owner of Plumbing Police, answered the phone right away (I wasn't expecting that on a Saturday morning) and went over what was happening with my husband. My husband then text him a few pictures; turns out it was a quick fix since my husband had everything taken apart. Robert walked him through the steps to fix it over the phone. I cannot say enough good things about Plumbing Police! We had an issue with our outside faucet leaking by and we called and they immediately showed up and took care of the problem in less than 15 minutes. It wasn't a major repair but just the thought of knowing that these guys are on call and do their best to get to you as soon as possible is a great relief. Thanks again and will definitely call again if we ever have any plumbing issues.
READ POST: they didn't come out to my place, but I called about what I considered a major leak coming from an upstairs bathroom into my dining room. The gentleman I spoke with told me to 1) not waste my money without 2) following some troubleshooting steps to determine if we actually had a problem. He was honest, professional and incredibly helpful. We followed the steps and it turned out not to be anything major. If we ever do run into issues this is the ONLY place I'm calling. Truly exceptional customer service.
called three plumbing companies - 2 must of been highway robbers. Plumbing police were on time and never changed quote. fixed quick - i will recommended them to everyone and use them myself in the future if needed
