Honest family business who do great work.
I have used them for all my plumbing needs for years now and they never disappoint. Great honest group of people.
I don’t know where to begin. We were duped out of thousands because we didn’t know anything about what they had to do or what they said they’d do, in the old house my husband and I bought. The two story house needed new everything and we knew it wasn’t going to be cheap. What we didn’t know was that the company we finally chose to do the work, would lie about replacing old pipes with new, take every short cut they could and leave us with a huge water problem that we’ve yet to solve. We knew nothing of what they were doing (or we’d have done it ourselves!) and although they told us they had to replace all the water pipes throughout the house, and we paid for it...they didn’t. We paid them the full amount, thinking they had finished, when they hadn’t. They wouldn’t come back. We were left having to get another company to come and finish the bathroom. We were told most of the pipes were old and rusty and had NEVER been replaced. We were taken to the areas and shown where the lines should have been replaced and weren’t. Work that had been done, had been done improperly and needed to be redone. Everything that Southern did was done half way, or not at all...it was an expensive lesson. We were easy pickings, but never again!
Excellent customer service with friendly, knowledgeable plumbers/techs! They explained the problem, corrected it quickly AND charged me what I felt was a very reasonable rate considering they responded within hours. Definitely my go to plumbers. Thank you!
Worst plumbers on earth. Had a brand new townhouse built 2 years ago and this company installed a elbow joint improperly and there a was a slow leak that drained onto the concrete basement floor behind the toilet. I took two years but that leak finally ate through the pressure treated studs, the baseboard and quarter round but it got through it. When I pulled back the dry wall there was quite a bit of black mold. When I called to tell them that they never installed this pipe correctly she told me that its not there fault you should have seen it through the wall. Me not being Superman thought this was a little bit of an idiotic comment. So she then said I could have a plumber out there in 4 days to fix it and the first 30 minutes is only 130 dollars. You can guess what my response was to that. You are messing with water and when water doesn't go where it belong it turns into can make mold grow everywhere. So trust me use someone else that wont destroy a part of your brand new house or anything you care about.
