Service was excellent and Alex did a great job. Very efficient and knowledgeable about what needed to be done. He's also an excellent salesman. We'll ask for him again since we are long time customers of Michael and Sons.

Troy showed up pretty late based on the given window. This is the only reason I am taking off a star and I am not sure its entirely his fault. He was professional, courteous, and easy going. We needed more work done than initially planned and he recommended things to keep in mind for the future.

I want to express my thanks to both Darwin and Jeffery who came to check the electrical problem I was having. They fixed it quickly and also some other issues that were found. They were both professional and courteous and thoroughly explained to me the work they did and why. I really appreciate it. I have used Michael and Sons for many years and will continue to do so.

Bill was excellent in the service he provided. He was on time for the set appointment, called prior to coming. Bill explained all cost prior to doing any work. Very friendly and did not rush to get finished was willing to answer any questions we had. He also gave me the name of some favorite Greek Cafes to enjoy. I will ask for Bill if I need help in the future.

Randall called on his way, showed up on time, knew what was on the agenda, took time to understand what we wanted done, and explained what he planned to do, how long it would take, and how much it would cost. He finished the work early and did great work. Everything was done well, he cleaned up the work area, he showed us what he did, and he reviewed operating procedures. Extremely satisfied customer.
