Thank you Air 1 for your kind assistance to a recently widowed 68 year who is desperate to get help with her gas heating unit. It was after 5pm, there was no available technician for the night, but the very nice Air 1 gentleman walked me through restarting the unit over the phone after asking questions of what may have caused the unit to stop operating. It’s very seldom you find a service company doing an extra mile providing excellent customer service even to someone who is not an existing customer. Thank you again from a soon to be customer.

Having never called Air 1 before, I didn't know what to expect. Pheak Soun was great! He arrived at the appointed time and had my air conditioning running again in quick order. He showed and explained what had gone wrong and described what he was going to do to fix it. And when he was finished, he made sure the areas were clean and put back together nicely! I highly recommend Air 1!

As a female consumer, there are two things that I place great value on: customer service and time efficiency. Often times, being a female in this consumer market it is difficult to find companies, organizations, technicians, etc to understand that these things are critically important in maintaining their business with clients. When Danny from Air1 came to my home to address issues with the furnace and hot water heater, he offered a wealth of expertise, professional and friendly service, and most importantly, he was sensitive to my time. He understood that I had a lot of questions as to why things weren't working, and he answered every single one of them. He explained with an enormous amount of detail and knowledge - very important - how the units work. He works fast and diligently, which shows he takes his work seriously and that he values his clients. He expeditiously fixed both of our issues while providing unbelievably great customer service. He really knows what he's talking about, but you can also tell that he genuinely cares - not giving you the run around like some other people. Prices are fair and reasonable. Definitely recommending to friends, family and everyone I know!

This company Air1 Mechanical is the best and most honest I've ever used. They are reliable and very knowledgeable; I have 7 units in different properties plus a gas fireplace that was fixed last year. This year I was surprised the fireplace started without any hassle like other years. Thanks to Danny at Air1 whom takes a lot of pride in his work and explains in detail what is wrong or good with your unit. I have decided to have them do the maintenance service for all my units.
