2020 Drain Clean & Plumbing

This company is amazing. I called them close to 5pm and they still helped me out on the same-day. They diagnosed the issue, went over pricing with me, gave me options and were very informative. I appreciated their honesty in advising me of the situation. The technician was on time, notified me via phone and text when he was on the way. All in all, they did a wonderful job and I would most definitely recommend them to anyone having a plumbing issue. I will certainly be using them again.

I selected 2020 Drain Clean to come to my residence and fix my hot water heater. I really didn’t know what to expect at all. The technician Johnny came early and was very professional. I asked questions regarding the hot water heater and he answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable and experienced. He completed the job in a timely manner.

Very quick to respond, came out same day and serviced the issue I called about easily and professionally. While he was here, Ed identified some other bigger issues that would have caused us a major headache- my husband and I were grateful he showed us and explained everything clearly and let us decide what to do without trying to sell us. Ed was able to resolve everything within a very reasonable amount of time, and i would definitely call them again.
