It's Just A Drain

Looked at reviews and decided to give this company a chance and I am impressed! Prompt, didn’t overcharge, professional and resolved our issue of a sewer stoppage. Suggested we call the city first to try and save us money if the stoppage was on city end, and when it ended up being our property he THEN came back to perform service within 2 hours at 9 pm with no emergency fee. Also offered us a 6 month warranty on his work (we just purchased a week ago and sewer stoppage was due to negligent seller flushing wipes!) Would recommend this company to anyone looking for an honest job well done.

Used a few other plumbers in this area but they dull in comparison. Fair prices and great work. Go nowhere else except Just-a-drain

It was very late at night that i discovered i had about 10 gallons of water on my floor and found out it was my hot water heater.so the next morning i went to lowes and got a new one and was going to install it that night. Well!! it wouldn't drain and one thing after another it was almost 10:00 pm and we, a family of 4 had been using bottled water for 2 days now.II said enough..I started looking online for a 24 hour plumber after several turn downs and well we can be there tomorrow afternoon. i called It"s Just A Drain. what a god send. the man i spoke with said give me 20 mins and ill call you back because I'm on another job . so 15 mins later he called, got my info and was here in 20 mins. now i told him i could install it but i didn't have the flux or solider and i could wire it myself. he said no problem. so he told me how much it was going to be which was well below and other place had quoted me and i was shocked. i told him lets do it. so off to work he went. he soldered in the new fittings ran the wire hooked the wires up ran a new down drain all in a matter of about 45 mins. i was very impressed at his ability, confidence, and manners. I told him to come right in when he needed to but he always knocked twice and called my name just to let me know it was him. He turned the power back on and the water and made sure all was well and working good. I'm just so impressed with his work and light-hearted attitude for me calling him so late at night where others seemed to be annoyed at being bothered he was just the opposite. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone who needs any type of plumbing work done small or large. I just cant say enough good things about my experience with them. Do yourself a favor and forget these other companies and go with, It's Just A Drain. Also one other thing after he was done he cleaned up and you couldn't tell anything had been touched. Well done Sir
