I had to call after hours for what was thought a simple clog. It turned out to be much more involved. Jason, the plumbing technician, was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional even after a full day on the job. Because of the issue, he and his manager had to return the following day to discuss further repairs. I will not hesitate to use this company in the future and to request Jason.

Thomas did a great job pumping our tank and answering every question asked. He also shared as much as he could about the design and function or our system. He showed me why our system was still in good shape and would serve us well for years to come.

Arrived precisely on time, and proceeded to fix my drainage problem in short order. Jason was the epitome of professionalism. I would wholeheartedly recommend Rooter Man.
