I called Friday afternoon. I had a plumbing emergency. They didn't tell me they couldn't fit me in (like the the previous two companies I called). Instead they said they would work me in just as soon as they could and what to do in the meantime. They came much quicker than I anticipated. Couldn't find anything wrong other than the overflow on the tub had come loose. Wouldn't charge me and told me to watch it and call them if we did have another problem. I love that they could have easily fixed something that wasn't wrong, but were honest and more than fair. I would highly recommend them. They were friendly and spent quite a bit time here and were very thorough. There is a reason they have a 5 start rating. So refreshing to find an honest and reputable company.

They were super helpful and helped us diagnose the problem with our drain. They didn't charge us to come and look at it and referred us to someone who could help us unclogg the drain and helped us know how we could possibly fix it. They were honest and really helpful. Will definitely call next time we have an issue.

Called on a Saturday morning. He was able to come and install a new water heater for us the same day. Price was very competitive and quality of work was great, very professional. Highly recommend, will use again.

Mark was fantastic. I had a small job for him that he was able to finish quickly and then he walked me through the various parts of what he did. He also let me bother him with a couple general questions and gave great information. The price he charged was reasonable, the other plumbers I got a soft-bid from wanted to charge double what Mark charged.

We were having trouble with a lot of vibrations in our plumbing. After getting some recommendations from friends, we asked Mark from Utah Valley Plumbing to come take a look. He came very quickly and replaced a pressure regulator valve, which solved our problem. Even though there was a problem with the replacement part that caused it to take a little longer to install, he still stuck to his quoted price. We also had him do some preventative maintenance on our water heater, and at the last minute asked if he could replace a toilet fill valve, too. We're very happy with the results.
