Don't waste your time. Find a reputable company. I'm a business owner and I would be embarrassed to have my employees represent my company in this manner. Kurt (who seems to be the only tech and person who can answer questions) showed up and seemed irritated that he had to work at all. The charge to check a leaking tub was $200 flat fee. There were a couple major, obvious leaks which took 5 min to diagnose, and he was ready to leave and told me there could be more and that there would be another charge to come back and fix them so I had to insist that he look deeper to see if there were more so that it could all be repaired at once. It then took almost 3 days for him to send me an estimate (also stating there could be more leaks and an extra charge to come back). I had questions about the estimate and I called 3 separate times, left 2 voicemails and 1 message with the receptionist, to have my questions answered and all I got were excuses that kurt was too busy. That's why he hadn't called back. Ended up calling another company who fixed the tub in 2 days for less money.

Great guys. I needed a stop and waste valve installed and they were able to get to it same day for a reasonable price. They were very courteous and provided us some great advice. I'd definitely recommend them.

Awesome service! I had no hot water the night before and they were able to come and repair the next day. So glad I can have a hot bath tonight!
