completely frustrated with this company. They wont return calls and they won't fix their mistakes. I had them ruff in my basement bathroom. The toilet plumb is 3 inches to far from the wall so my toilet sticks way out. The toilet is also extremely close to the tub they put in. Vanity plumbing didn't get vented. They didn't attach the tub faucet in the wall so when we went to put the hardware on the copper pipe was extremely loose. We had to cut our freshly painted drywall on the other side of the tub to secure it. Nothing but problems with this company. I gave them 3 weeks to return calls and come work through the issues. After 5 messages I've given up waiting for them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
I contacted Salisbury this morning for a plumbing issue in my daughter's shower. I had a plumber to my house that same day and it was fixed quickly. They were very responsive and professional. I have found my new go-to plumber. Will be recommending to friends.
