rude want way to much to just come give you a quote even though i expressed i just want them to come out and do the work. Then i realized i'm arguing with a company that mi trying to pay to do a service. Feeling like a dodged a bullet with the phone call
The worst possible commitment I have seen from a services company.. Called them last Monday, to set up an appointment for Tuesday, Apr 7, between 12pm to 3:00pm, and I receive a call on Tuesday requesting a reschedule for Wednesday, as their plumbers were stuck in an emergency.,. I get that.. I reschedule for Wednesday, same time window.,.. It's 4:00pm Wednesday - April 8, 2015 .. I check with my spouse, no one has even called!! Called the Plumbing Co to see what happened. They disconnected my call. I assume so, because if the call really dropped, they would have immediately called back, if my business was important to them. I call back again, I was told she's checking what might have happened.. took down my address, and disconnected the call.. This time I did not call back.. It's been over 45 minutes since then.. No call back.. I would NEVER call this company EVER again!!! Even if it means I pay 3X to another company for the same service..
