Replaced my toilet in December. The guys were dressed professionally, cleaned up the area so I didn't even see a mess. Awesome communication, I got notified when they were on the way and they showed up within the time they said. I recommend them constantly and will never use another plumber. Also, I had just moved and my dishwasher wasn't working and they unplugged something that was stopping it just to help me out. Great company!

I was in a jam with my garbage disposal. I searched for trusting plumbing service in Mckinney and this location popped up. I called and made an appt for someone to come out, luckily they were able to get someone dispatched same day for me. Chris Callahan was wonderful. Fixed my disposal in no time and cleaned up after he was finished. Great service all around! The ratings on FB and Google sure do reflect their work ethics! I’ll use them in the future for sure!

I always try to hire local and am glad I tried Smith and Son Plumbing. They gave text message notification when they were on their way, arrived near the beginning of their two-hour time window, gave a very reasonable estimate on an exterior fost-free hose faucet, and finished quickly leaving no mess. I will definitely call them again when the need arises.

Chris came out and helped me with a sink problem I was having almost within the hour of calling! Did great work tracking down and fixing the problem for me and now my kitchen sink is back in excellent working condition. Definitely will be using these guys again for any plumbing problems I have!
