Had a reputable plumbing company quote 650+ not including the sheet rock repair which they do not offer. Wanted a second opinion and Alex provided a professional service with a fix that was 500+ less. The reason... he fixed the problem instead of recommending costly modifications that in the end weren't really needed. He educated me and charged me a more than fair price. Would highly recommend him.

Punctual and professional. Not only did they do terrific work on the job we hired them for, they provided valuable insight on a number of other potentially serious issues. Clear, fair pricing up front with no surprises when the work was done. This was our first time using Lex's but they will absolutely be my first call the next time we need a plumber.

Matt and his partner were fantastic. They were quick and courteous and treated my house and animals with respect. They addressed all of our issues and I never felt like they were rushing through the repairs like many other companies. Would absolutely recommend them again.

Absolutely outstanding!! We had purchased a Whole House Water Filter for our new home in Frisco and needed someone to fit it. I called Lex's office and, given that our need was not an emergency, I was amazed when the lady said she would send a plumber around to give us a quote within 36 hours. I was even more amazed when Chris, the Master Plumber, duly arrived right on the dot of when he said he'd be here. (Let's face it, plumbers are notorious for never being on time!) And what a gentleman he was! He was smartly dressed, ultra-polite, listened attentively and fully explained everything, in terms we could understand. He gave us several options for fitting the Filter, gave us an estimate for each one, and then sent us a formal, written Quotation for the one we chose. Two days later he was here, on a Saturday (!), along with his charming and capable Apprentice, Roger, to fit the Filter. They completed the job within two and half hours (and this included clambering around the tiny attic space to search out the ideal pipework location), tested the whole installation meticulously, and cleaned up spotlessly after themselves. What more could one want? - The system works superbly - Their workmanship was excellent and the installation very neatly executed - No short cuts or “make-do's” - Their price was extremely competitive - Nothing was too much trouble and they were an absolute delight to work with If you need: - a professional plumbing job done, at a fair price - by a small Family firm, who charge by the job, not by the hour - whose reputation depends on honesty, and who take an old-fashioned pride in the quality of their workmanship and ethics - then look no further.
