Rooter-Man

When you hire someone to do major work on your septic system you want someone who knows what they are doing and has a philosophy of doing as little damage as possible. After having another company want to disassemble part of our deck we called Rooter Man. I watched every minute of the work they did which included NOT removing part of our deck. The lead man on the job was Kevin. It was obvious from the start that Kevin has a great deal of experience and was putting that experience to work. The project quickly passed the county inspectors review (once he showed up) and Kevin and his helper did a good job of closing the trenches seeding the lawn and covering it with straw.

I had some water pressure issues and was able to self diagnose the issue. I wanted some professional assistance to verify as well as insure the work was done properly. I called the night prior and scheduled the appointment. Even short handed they arrived on time. Billy was great. He confirmed my diagnosis and had it fixed in roughly 30 minutes. He also showed me how to fix a potential issue if it came back. I am very happy with the work and communication. Would highly recommend and will use them for future needs.

On time. Very professional. Repaired it the first time. Cleaned up after themselves. Did a great job. Will definitely call them again.

We called around 11am with a big problem. We had a leak and had to turn off the whole house water as a result. Billy and his training partner arrived at 2pm (just 3 hours). They were very nice to work with, very professional yet very personable. They very quickly found a solution, installed replacement parts, and had us back in business within 20 minutes of arriving. Cleaned up very nicely and respected our home by wearing shoe covers to protect our hardwood. Would definitely use them again.
