I have used them 3 times so far. They have installed my dishwasher and gas stove, and plumbed my renovated guest bathroom. In addition, they fixed an outdoor spigot that started leaking the day before my scheduled appointment. AND, they helped me troubleshoot an outdoor sump that I was having issues with. They are very professional, reasonably priced, and punctual. Highly recommended!

Over the course of the project I probably had all of their guys out here at one time or another. They were all very friendly, professional and courteous. They laid in new gas lines for me outside and seemed to be very thorough in the design of it. But the proof is in the pudding when there is an issue. Due to some confusion there was something not put back in the way I expected it. I immediately became concerned since I had already paid them that this was going to become a big problem. They never for one second implied that it was my problem or that I would have to pay more. Due to some issues with it, they had to put a number of man hours to make the change and I never had one issue with them. I highly recommend them and they will be my new plumber.

I knew I made the right decision when Zach covered his boots before he entered my home. It was just that small gesture of respect that meant a lot to me. And not only did he fix my plumbing issues he also held a great conversation with me I would highly recommend this company.

Riverside Plumbing came out to give a quote on some pipes that needed replacing. The guy that came out was so uninterested in doing the job that he gave a rather wide range for his pricing. He was talking over my husband and ignoring my questions. I did not care for his vague pricing and his serious lack of interest in the job.
